SBC Summit Tbilisi 2026 – Eastern Europe and Central Asia’s leading iGaming and Sports conference – will welcome football legend, UEFA Champions League 3 times winner, and one of Europe’s most iconic strikers, Fernando Morientes.

SBC Summit Tbilisi takes place from 15-16 July, where Fernando Morientes will participate as an invited speaker. He will share his extensive experience in professional football, outline his leadership principles, and present his perspective on the growing role of technology and business in modern football.

Fernando Morientes’ name is closely associated with the golden era of world football. Throughout his career, he was instrumental in numerous historic victories at the highest level of European competition and established himself as a symbol of professionalism, tactical intelligence, and leadership. Today, he is among the most sought-after speakers at international sports and business conferences worldwide.

On the main stage of SBC Summit Tbilisi 2026, Morientes will address how technological progress is reshaping modern football, the impact of commercial forces on the development of sport, the ways in which a culture of winning is established, and the shared principles that underpin success in both elite sport and business.

Fernando Morientes said: “I am pleased to be attending SBC Summit Tbilisi 2026. I look forward to meeting participants, sharing my experience, and being part of this special event.”

Lasha Machavariani, Founder of SMH, added: “SBC Summit Tbilisi is already the largest summit in Eurasia in the fields of iGaming and Sports. Fernando Morientes is a world-class athlete whose career and experience have become a benchmark of leadership and success.

“Without a doubt, his appearance will be one of the highlights of this year’s Summit and will further reinforce Tbilisi’s role as a key meeting point for international business and the iGaming industry.”

The fourth edition of SBC Summit Tbilisi, organized by SBC and SMH, will take place on July 15–16 at the Sheraton Grand Metechi Palace Hotel. The summit is presented by EGT Georgia and Amusnet.

The region’s largest iGaming and Sports conference will bring together 2,500 industry leaders. The event will gather representatives of leading companies from Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the Caucasus, and neighboring regions.

Up to 50 international and Georgian companies will be represented at the conference. The program will include panel discussions, exhibition spaces, and business meetings, providing participants with opportunities to establish new contacts, exchange experience, and discuss current industry trends.

As part of SBC Summit Tbilisi, the Regulators Forum will be held for the second time this year.

The event will bring together representatives of iGaming regulatory bodies from various countries, including Estonia, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Georgia, Lithuania, and others. Their participation creates a unique opportunity for both attendees and regulators to establish direct communication with industry representatives, exchange experience, and discuss current challenges, opportunities, and prospects for future cooperation in regulation.

Operators and affiliates can apply for complimentary full event passes, subject to approval.
