This Easter, Carluccio’s UAE is offering a festive dining experience like no other with its limited-edition Easter Roast – a delicious fusion of British tradition and Italian flair. Available only from April 17  to April 22, this exclusive dish is set to delight the UAE’s most discerning food lovers.

Designed by Chef Roberto, the Easter Roast reimagines the classic Sunday roast, a meal traditionally shared by families around the world. At the heart of this dish is premium roast beef, slow-cooked to perfection for an irresistibly tender, melt-in-your-mouth experience. Instead of Yorkshire pudding, this Italian-inspired version comes with artisan Italian bread, perfect for soaking up the rich, savoury roast sauce – a true Italian take on a British favourite. The dish is complemented by vibrant sides like smoky grilled asparagus, crispy rosemary potatoes, and paprika mushrooms, creating a delicious blend of flavours that make this Easter meal truly special.

    Easter Roast Experience:

    • Date: Available from April 17 to April 22
    • Time: Served 12 PM to 3 PM
    • Price: AED 129 per person
    • Location: Available at all Carluccio’s branches in the UAE, including:
    • Dubai Mall
    • Dubai Marina Mall
    • The Ranches Souk

“This dish is a true celebration of flavours – a comforting, familiar tradition elevated with the bold, rustic essence of Italian cuisine,” says Chef Roberto. For a limited time only, diners can experience this one-of-a-kind Easter special, available for seven days only.

Experience the flavors of Easter at Carluccio’s, located in Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall and The Ranches Souk. For further information visit www.carlucciosme.com or email [email protected]
