Doha, Qatar – 08 September 2026 – Following a landmark 2025 edition that saw more than QAR 500 million in deals closed, Cityscape Qatar, the country’s premier property and investment showcase, returns to the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center (DECC) from 27–29 October 2026 with more than 400 live projects.
The three-day event will give homebuyers and investors the opportunity to explore major developments from Qatar and international markets, compare projects side by side and meet the teams bringing them to market.
Alexander Heuff, Group Director, Cityscape, said: “Cityscape Qatar returns in 2026 with real momentum behind it. The response last year showed the depth of interest in Qatar’s property market, even as buyers and investors became more selective about where they commit. For 2026, the priority is to make that interest easier to translate into action: real project data, direct access to the teams behind the developments, and a wider understanding of the market through the 4th Qatar Real Estate Forum. Success will not be measured by attendance alone, but by the purchases, partnerships and long-term investment decisions that begin here.”
Under the theme ‘Where Vision Meets Investment’, the 2026 edition will offer a more tailored experience, combining practical guidance, relevant project recommendations and direct meetings to help visitors focus on the opportunities best suited to their goals.
Together, Cityscape Qatar and the 4th Qatar Real Estate Forum will bring government leaders, developers and investors into one shared conversation, connecting the projects on display with the wider forces shaping Qatar’s property market.
The 2025 audience showed strong intent to return: 94% of visitors said they planned to attend again in 2026, while 98% rated Cityscape Qatar important to their business. This October, the event is expected to welcome 16,000 visitors, more than 70 qualified developers, over 100 industry leaders and speakers, and more than 200 government representatives and VIPs.
Cityscape Qatar 2026 will also spotlight developments that support Qatar National Vision 2030, contributing to economic diversification, sustainable growth and more liveable communities. By presenting these opportunities to local and international investors, the event will help attract long-term investment into the country’s property market.
