The Brussels crowd, which filled the Gare Maritime – Tour & Taxis from the very first day of the week, enjoyed once again the high-level spectacle that padel consistently delivers. The closing Sunday of the Premier Padel P2 in the Belgian capital crowned Juan Lebron and Leo Augsburger for the first time in the men’s draw and marked a third consecutive title for Paula Josemaria and Bea Gonzalez in the women’s draw.MEN To claim the title, Lebron and Augsburger knew they had to defeat the best pairs. They delivered: after their semi-final win over Fede Chingotto and Ale Galan, they secured victory in the final against Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia, a pair against whom they had always played three-set matches but never won. This time, el Lobo Lebron and the Argentine changed that pattern, prevailing 2-6 6-3 6-3 in one hour and 39 minutes after Coello and Tapia – defending champions and 2024 finalists – had taken control with the opening set. Tapia saved a match point with a remarkable passing shot, but the match concludedshortly afterwards with a Coello smash deflected off the net and out._“Thank you to the Brussels crowd for such a great week”,_ said Lebron. _“We played at a very high level, managing to come back afte losing the first set. Congratulations to Arturo and Agustin, who are taking this sport to a very high level: today it was a great match for all four players, including Leo, who is a great person and an outstanding player, but I tell him to always remain grounded”._ _“We came from a difficult week, but the whole team stayed united”,_ added Augsburger, already a champion in Madrid last year with Martin Di Nenno. _“Today is a special day for us, and it is a privilege for me to havesuch a role model by my side”.

WOMEN While a new pair prevailed in the men’s draw following the three titles of Chingotto and Galan and the two of Coello and Tapia, in the women’s draw Paula Josemaria and Bea Gonzalez once again claimed the title, as they had done in the previous two tournaments in Miami and Newgiza, after being defeated in Cancun by Delfi Brea and Gemma Triay. If their titles in the United States and Egypt had come in three sets, this time two were sufficient for a 7-5 6-2 victory in one hour and 52 minutes (46 winners for the champions compared to 34 for their opponents, who conceded 11 break points). Bea Gonzalez had already wonin Brussels with Delfi Brea in 2024, while Paula Josemaria had done the same in 2025 with Ari Sanchez. _“Today Gemma was playing her 100th final, and we knew exactly what was needed to win”,_ said Paula Josemaria._ “I must congratulate the whole team, which is fundamental to our results. We were facing the number ones again, but we managed to maintain a very high level”._ _“What we are experiencing is the result of our work and our unity”,_ added Bea Gonzalez. _“Training  after training, match after match, we have built all this. Thank you to the fans for coming and enjoying padel with us
