A two-day celebration featuring a live science show, creative activities and family entertainment will take place on 29 and 30 August 2026.

Town Centre Jumeirah is making the return to school more exciting with “Too Cool for School,” a fun-filled Back-to-School celebration taking place on 29 and 30 August 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, as part of Dubai Summer Surprises.

Designed especially for children and families, the two-day event will combine entertainment, creativity and learning in an engaging setting. Young visitors can enjoy face painting, a hands-on Patch-it station and a school-supplies decorating activity, while delicious popcorn and cotton candy will add an extra touch of sweetness to the experience.

A highlight of the programme will be the energetic Science Spark Show, taking place from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM on both days. Featuring entertaining scientific demonstrations and exciting experiments, the show will encourage children to explore the fascinating world of science in a lively and accessible way.

“Back-to-School is an important time for families, and we want to make the transition into the new academic year enjoyable and memorable. ‘Too Cool for School’ brings together creativity, discovery and entertainment, giving children something exciting to look forward to before returning to the classroom,” said a spokesperson for Town Centre Jumeirah.

Alongside the event, families can prepare for the new school year while exploring Town Centre Jumeirah’s welcoming selection of retail, dining, beauty and lifestyle destinations.

Further strengthening its family-focused retail and service offering, Town Centre Jumeirah is also preparing to welcome several exciting new additions to its existing retail family. Opening soon are Sunshine Land Pediatric General Dental Clinic, Brow Studio, Mermaid Universe Kids Salon, The Laundry Hub and The Ivy Childhood Center.

From children’s healthcare and education to beauty, grooming and convenient lifestyle services, these upcoming openings reflect Town Centre Jumeirah’s commitment to providing families with an increasingly diverse and convenient destination in the heart of Jumeirah.

Families are invited to celebrate the final days of summer and welcome the new academic year with two afternoons of learning, creativity and entertainment at Town Centre Jumeirah.
