Doha, Qatar, 25 October 2026 – Education Above All (EAA) Foundation, a global foundation working to expand access to quality education and economic opportunities, in collaboration with the Qatar Foundation (QF) Alumni Office, has launched Skills 4 Good, a volunteer-led initiative connecting students at EAA’s Assalam Schools with QF alumni and professionals who share practical skills, career experience and insights from the world of work.

Through one-hour sessions, QF alumni and staff, EAA staff, EAA’s Scholars and Youth <a href="https://gulfeyenews.com/breast-cancer-awareness-month-st-georges-university-advocates-for-advancing-a-risk-informed-and-equitable-approach-to-breast-cancer-screening-in-the-middle-east/”>Advocates will engage students through practical Career Deep Dives, Skills Workshops, and Leadership talks. The initiative provides volunteers with an opportunity to give back to the community by sharing their professional expertise, experiences and knowledge with the next generation. Topics include communication, problem-solving, financial literacy, digital skills, leadership and employability, helping students build confidence and gain greater exposure to future education and career pathways.

Sara Keshaish, Enterprise Development, Senior Officer at Education Above All Foundation, said: “Skills 4 Good brings practical experience directly into the classroom. By connecting students with professionals from different fields, we want to give young people opportunities to develop useful skills, ask questions, explore different careers and build the confidence to make informed choices about their future.”

The initiative is being delivered across Assalam Schools, reaching students from elementary through high school. Its model is simple: volunteers give one hour of their time to share a skill, their professional journey or experience from their field, with sessions adapted to the age and needs of participating students.

Asmaa Al Kuwari, Manager of Alumni Engagement, Qatar Foundation, said: “Our alumni have so much to offer, and we want to create meaningful opportunities for them to use their knowledge and experience to make a difference. Skills 4 Good brings that to life by connecting our alumni with young people, allowing them to share what they have learned, inspire ambition and help the next generation see what is possible. Through our collaboration with Education Above All Foundation, we are not only creating opportunities to volunteer, but building a stronger culture of giving back and using our collective experience to create lasting impact.”
