<a href="https://gulfeyenews.com/qic-sponsors-the-2026-energy-industry-summit-in-doha-underscoring-resilience-as-a-strategic-imperative-in-a-volatile-world/”>Doha, Qatar – 12 February 2026: Al Mirqab Real Estate, the dedicated real estate platform of Al Mirqab Capital, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of real estate assets, has announced the launch of Al Mirqab Living, its new premium residential brand, marking a strategic milestone in the evolution of its premium property portfolio.

Established to represent Al Mirqab Real Estate’s high-end residential offering, Al Mirqab Living has been created to deliver refined living experiences in Qatar’s most prestigious addresses. The brand reflects a clear vision: to curate signature homes defined by thoughtful design, superior craftsmanship, and enduring value, catering to a niche, discerning clientele.

More than a sales platform, Al Mirqab Living embodies a long-term commitment to quality-driven development. Through high-end finishing, architectural integrity, and attention to detail, the brand aims to contribute to the uplift of Qatar’s luxury residential market by prioritizing substance, lifestyle, and long-term relevance over short-term returns.

Operating within the Al Mirqab Capital ecosystem, Al Mirqab Living translates the institutional strength, asset stewardship, and market expertise of Al Mirqab Real Estate into premium residential sales experiences. While Al Mirqab Capital provides investment leadership, and Al Mirqab Real Estate oversees development, leasing, and long-term value creation, Al Mirqab Living serves as the luxury-facing residential sales brand connecting discerning buyers with exceptional homes.

At launch, Al Mirqab Living introduces a curated portfolio of signature residential properties across prime locations in Qatar, beginning with Al Mayyas, its first flagship residential development at The Pearl, Doha. Conceived as a statement of taste and intention, the nine-storey tower offers fully furnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences designed around space, flow, and natural light. Each home features curated interiors, premium European finishes, spa-inspired bathrooms, and wide balconies framing panoramic views of West Bay, the Corniche, and The Pearl’s marinas.

Positioned directly opposite Medina Centrale and moments from the waterfront, Al Mayyas delivers a walkable, lifestyle-driven environment where cafs, boutiques, dining, and leisure are seamlessly integrated into daily living. With thoughtfully designed amenities, landscaped communal spaces, and a strong focus on comfort, privacy, and long-term value, the development reflects Al Mirqab Living’s philosophy of creating homes that balance refined living with enduring investment appeal.

With the introduction of Al Mirqab Living, Al Mirqab Real Estate reinforces its commitment to shaping elevated residential environments that reflect craftsmanship, purpose, and lasting value, laying the foundation for a distinctive portfolio of luxury developments in Qatar.
