    A new winter tradition arrives as Rosewood Doha debuts the city’s first outdoor ice rink, surrounded by thoughtfully curated festive moments

    DOHA, QATAR | DECEMBER 3, 2025 – Rosewood Doha ushers in the festive season with a collection of thoughtfully crafted experiences designed to inspire connection and celebration across the property. Leading this year’s highlights is a debut unlike anything seen in the city before: the Rosewood Ice Rink, Doha’s first-ever outdoor ice skating experience.

    Set beneath a canopy of shimmering lights and surrounded by Lusail’s striking cityscape, the Rosewood Ice Rink invites guests to glide across a glistening surface that feels both rate and beautifully unexpected. The atmosphere carries a sense of elegant winter leisure with graceful movement, soft notes of celebration, and a feeling of wonder shaped by Rosewood’s signature craftmanship. Guests can also enjoy warming seasonal treats, including festive bites and Rosewood’s beloved hot chocolate. The ice rink will welcome guests from December 10 to January 12, open daily from 4 p.m. to midnight, creating an entirely new winter tradition for Doha.

    Beyond the rink, Rosewood Doha’s dining destinations present a rich tapestry of festive flavors.. At The Butterfly Room, the season unfolds through an elevated Festive Afternoon Tea available from December 10 to January 6. The experience brings together the room’s elegant patisserie artistry with seasonal notes, offering delicate bites, handcrafted sweets, and refined tableside tea rituals that celebrate the generosity and joy of the holidays.

    Just steps away, Butterfly Patisserie transforms into a treasure trove of seasonal delights, unveiling limited-<a href="https://gulfeyenews.com/dimdex-2026-announces-al-abdulghani-motors-as-platinum-sponsor-of-its-ninth-edition/”>edition festive hampers and a whimsical Festive Candy Shop. Carefully curated and beautifully presented, these creations capture the spirit of gifting with charm, craftmanship, and delicious sense of occasion. The festive offerings will be available from December 10 to January 6.

    At Mila, the season is interpreted through the warmth and conviviality of Mediterranean gatherings. Guests are invited to a series of special celebrations, including a Festive Dinner on December 24, a Festive Lunch on December 25, an elegant New Year’s Eve Dinner on December 31 and a New Year’s Day Brunch on January 1. Throughout the season, from December 10 to January 6, Mila also presents a special festive menu available upon request, crafted to highlight the region’s expressive flavors with a celebratory touch.

    Koo Madame embraces the festive spirit with a refined menu inspired by Cantonese culinary traditions, available from December 10 to January 6. Guests may welcome the new year through signature celebrations: a New Year’s Eve dinner on December 31 and a New Year’s Day Brunch on January 1, each designed to blend moder elegance with time-honored flavors.

    At Stoke & Stoker, the festive season brings a lively spirit to the waterfront lounge, with music and an atmosphere that feels both refined and inviting. Guests can enjoy a signature Sushi and Oysters platter, introduced especially for the season and available on December 26 as well as during the New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31. The offering pairs beautifully with the venue’s upbeat energy and elegant setting, creating a memorable way to mark the final moments of the year.

    Meanwhile, Asaya Kitchen offers its own mindful interpretation of the season through ingredient-led dining. The restaurant welcomes guests for a Festive Dinner on December 24, a Festive Brunch on December 25, a New Year’s Eve dinner on December 31, each created with a focus on balance and seasonal expression.
