Across fine dining, modern Middle Eastern cuisine, and elevated casual dining, each restaurant showcases QC+’s commitment to cultural storytelling, innovation, and excellence.
Leading the accolades is IDAM, which proudly retains its MICHELIN Star, reaffirming its status as one of Qatar’s most distinguished dining experiences. Located in the Museum of Islamic Art, IDAM continues to push the boundaries of contemporary gastronomy under Executive Chef Fabrice Rosso, whose curiosity and experimentation shape the restaurant’s identity. Overlooking the museum lagoon, Desert Rose offers a contemporary expression of Qatar’s culinary heritage—an achievement made possible through the vision of acclaimed Qatari chef Noof Al Marri, a leading figure within QC+ Hospitality.
