    Doha, Qatar – 27 November 2025: Msheireb Properties, the leading sustainable real estate developer in Qatar, won 4 awards at the Qatar Tourism Awards 2025, presented by Qatar Tourism and UNWTO, marking Msheireb’s continued success at the prestigious awards for the third consecutive year.

    The Qatar Tourism Awards recognise innovation and excellence in the nation’s tourism sector, aiming to raise awareness of Qatar as a world-class tourism and leisure destination. These awards highlight standout experiences and commend the efforts of key players who enrich the visitor journey, enabling Qatar’s growth as a hub for cultural and environmental tourism.

    Msheireb Properties received recognition across multiple categories: Msheireb Downtown Doha was named Leading Sustainable Attraction. In the hospitality sector, Ammar Samad from Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som received the Community Leadership award; The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Doha won Exceptional Spa Experience; and Liang at Mandarin Oriental, Doha was recognised for Exceptional Fine Dining Experience.

    These recognitions reflect Msheireb Properties’ integrated approach to creating destinations that honour Qatari heritage whilst embracing innovation, sustainability, and cultural excellence.     FIP World Cup: North, Central and South American Qualifiers in Toronto and Asunción as the Road to Doha 2026 begins

    From 31 July to 2 August, Canada will host the North and Central America Qualifiers; from 21 to 23 August, Paraguay will stage the South America Qualifiers. Ten national teams have already secured their place in the Final Phase, to be held in Qatar from 2 to 7 November: the nine best-ranked teams from the 2024 edition, plus the host nation. The remaining places will be allocated through the European Qualifiers and the combined Africa-Asia Qualifiers. The road to the FIP World Cup 2026, scheduled to take place from 2 to 7 November in Doha, Qatar, begins in Toronto and Asunción. Canada and Paraguay will host the first continent
