Doha, 16 December 2025 – In honour of Qatar National Day, Mandarin Oriental, Doha celebrates the nation’s heritage and cultural spirit through a meaningful collaboration <a href="https://gulfeyenews.com/faces-and-revieve-establish-a-new-era-of-beauty-innovation-in-the-middle-east-with-ai-powered-skin-advisor/”>with Qatar Academy Msheireb continuing a long-standing commitment to creativity, education, and community engagement.

Inspired by this year’s Founder’s Day slogan, “With you it rises, and from you it awaits,” students from Grades 3, 4, and 5 were invited to create original artworks reflecting Qatar’s heritage, values, and strong sense of community. A selection of these thoughtful works has been integrated into the hotel’s Qatar National Day celebrations.

On Qatar National Day, the students’ artworks are showcased on limited-edition dessert cups at Gelato, offering guests a refined culinary experience enriched by artistic expression. Each cup presents a subtle tribute to creativity, allowing guests to engage with the artwork while enjoying the flavours of the season.

Extending the celebration beyond the dining experience, guests staying at Mandarin Oriental, Doha during the festive period will receive curated welcome amenity boxes and personalised greeting cards featuring the students’ artworks. These bespoke touches bring a sense of cultural connection into the guest journey, creating a warm and memorable in-room experience.

“Mandarin Oriental, Doha is honoured to celebrate Qatar National Day by supporting the creativity and wellbeing of our local community,” said Thomas Kinsperger, General Manager. “As part of our ongoing commitment to responsible hospitality, this collaboration with Qatar Academy Msheireb reflects our belief in nurturing young talent, fostering cultural expression, and contributing meaningfully to the community of Msheireb. Through initiatives such as this, we seek to create thoughtful experiences that extend beyond our guests and positively impact the people and place we are part of.”

Gelato is open daily from 12pm to midnight. For enquiries, guests may call +974 4008 8555 or email [email protected]
