Katsuya Dubai is all set to celebrate the arrival of spring with dining experiences that pay homage to ancient traditions, rituals, and historical milestones.

To mark the beginning of Hanami, Katsuya presents an exquisite Sakura Blossom-inspired food and sake pairing menu for all guests to experience from March 15 to April 15. Hanami, which translates to “flower viewing,” is a centuries-old Japanese tradition where people gather under cherry blossom trees to appreciate their beauty and celebrate the season. Indulge in the delicate flavors of spring with the exquisite Sakura Blossom Menu, now available for AED380 per person. Delight your palate with a sensational selection of dishes, including Maldon Sea Salted Edamame, Sakura Salmon infused with cherry karashi sumiso and topped with crispy onion, and a Scallop Carpaccio drizzled with a rich avocado cream and yuzu juice. The main course features a succulent Duck Breast Berry Teriyaki Sauce, accompanied by shimeji mushrooms, berry mix, green apple chips, and pumpkin puree. And for a sweet finish, savor the refreshing Cherry Blossom dessert, featuring a heavenly vanilla cream, cherry sorbet, sour cherry compote, and playful candy floss.

Complement your meal with an exceptional sake menu, featuring unique blends such as the Golden Tokebatsu Honjozo, with its delicate floral, melon, and blueberry notes, or the Narukami, a tantalizing mix of kwahi lychee, honjozo, and triple sec. Or try the Yoshino, a refreshing fusion of umiki ocean, rose lemonade, and homemade orange infusion. Experience the art of Japanese cuisine at its finest with the Sakura Blossom Menu.

As the blessed month of Ramadan draws near, Katsuya is set to tantalize your taste buds with their special three-course Iftar meal set menu, priced at AED199 per person. Be prepared to indulge in a variety of delectable starters, including Steamed Edamame with Maldon Sea salt, Yellowtail Sashimi, Wagyu Gyoza, California Sushi Rolls, and a selection of fresh salads that will leave you craving for more.

As you progress through the Iftar main course, get ready to be spoiled for choice with a range of mouth-watering options that include Jidori Chicken Breast with steamed rice, Yuzu Miso Glazed Lamb Chops, Mushroom Bop, or Yakisoba Noodles, all prepared by Katsuya’s award-winning culinary team.

And for a perfect end to your Iftar, let your taste buds experience the explosion of flavors with their exceptional dessert menu. Whether you prefer a sweet and tangy Lemongrass Crème Brulée with Mango Salsa, a comforting Almond Crumble, or a refreshing Coconut Sorbet, Katsuya’s dessert menu is sure to satisfy your cravings. Get ready to embark on a gastronomic journey that you will never forget.
