KRASOTA Dubai, renowned for its avant-garde gastronomy, introduces an enchanting selection of culinary creations that intricately reimagine traditional dishes. Known for seamlessly blending haute cuisine with cutting-edge audiovisual technologies and storytelling, KRASOTA Dubai is reinventing its iconic menus of “Imaginary Art” and “Imaginary Future” shows to pay tribute to the rich traditions of the Middle East. Iftar option of “Imaginary Future” set menu will be available for tasting during the Ramadan season for both the 18:00 and 21:00 soirées.

    • The first course – “Grape and Jallab” – classical drink, spiced with Currant Buds and Fig Oil, harmonizing the richness of grapes and the aromatic essence of Jallab.
    • “Tabbouleh” with Avocado Hummus and Marigold Leaves, ingeniously reinterprets the classic Tabbouleh. Melding bulgur, roasted peppers, and various greens, the addition of guacamole hummus introduces layers of juiciness and richness. Marigold leaves contribute a spice-infused, distinctive flavor, celebrating the essence of Middle Eastern culinary heritage.
    • “Fish Kofta” with Black Caviar and Kaymak showcases a refined elevation of the traditional kebab. The fish variation, presented in KRASOTA’s signature style, features a sophisticated blend of berblanc sauce on scallop broth, enriched with halal foie gras. The luxurious touch of sour cream and black caviar adds a touch of opulence, creating a sensorial journey inspired by diverse global influences.
    • The rich flavors of the “Harira Soup” topped with Parsnip and Loomi, a Moroccan-inspired dish that weaves together lamb, hummus with crispy chickpeas, and raisins. Drawing inspiration from French and Nordic cuisines, parsnip foam adds a gastronomic touch, while loomi, a dried lemon, imparts a final touch of completeness, showcasing the seamless integration of culinary traditions.
    • “Kibbeh” with Wagyu and Seasonal Herbs, a reinvention of the traditional Middle Eastern dish, features a round patty with minced meat. Za’atar spice and onion foam add depth, while Wagyu beef, oven-cooked to perfection and glazed with a classic Asian black pepper sauce, strikes a delightful balance of flavors with a subtle sour undertone, exemplifying KRASOTA’s dedication to culinary innovation.
    • “Chicken Jalfrezi” with rare Wild Dessert Truffle and Coconut Rice, a celebration of Pakistani flavors. Featuring sweet potatoes, desert truffle, and a touch of halal foie gras for added creaminess, the dish is elevated with a tantalizing jalfrezi curry foam. Served with coconut rice and topped with hibiscus powder.
    • Beef ribs take center stage in “Fesenjan Beef” with Plum and Pomegranate Sauce, enhanced by a luscious sauce crafted from demi-glace and pomegranate molasses. Plums and figs contribute to a harmonious blend of sweet and savory notes.
    • For desert – “Layali Lubnan” featuring Mango and Kumquat. A fusion of cream, milk, sour cream, and semolina creates a luxurious base, while the addition of mango and kumquat toppings adds a refreshing twist. The semolina mousse offers a light and delicate conclusion to this culinary exploration, capturing the magic of “Lebanese nights”.

KRASOTA Dubai invites discerning food enthusiasts to savor these extraordinary dishes in a set menu paired with pixel perfect show “Imaginary Art”, each a masterpiece that transcends culinary boundaries and honors the rich tapestry of Middle Eastern flavors.
